Point 3 of the provision ninth (on holiday permits and licenses) in the resolution of December 20, 2005, the General Secretariat for Public Administration, which instructions are issued on time and work schedules (BOE number 309 of December 27, 2005) provides:
The origin of this provision is in the agreement reached in 2005 between the central government and unions to establish measures to improve pay, reconciling work and family life as well as improvements in holidays and leave. Agreement was a step forward in strengthening the rights of all as the / as public employees / as, and have been maintained over time despite attempts to make cuts.
- "3 .- ; [...] work schedules incorporate two additional days of leave for their own affairs when 24 and December 31 fall on a holiday, Saturday or non-working day. "

During the first quarter of this year have generated many complaints about the training courses planned for the PAS official .
The excessive delay in the convening of the Committee on Education, which did not meet until this week, has conditioned a number of problems and delays in the adoption and implementation of training plan for 2011. Difficulties have been increased by the wrong approach in some of the training activities developed. Therefore
CCOO submitted a proposal to the Board of the PAS official whose contents were then transferred to the management to rectify the situation :

The Most of the complaints received are for the limitation of the current centralized Service staff without giving option to the rest of the PAS official. For that reason it is proposed that the workshop be extended to all official PAS increasing the number of issues and giving preference to those who have not received training in earlier ACCESS and EXCEL.
CONTENT MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP ON THE WEB
With regard to content management workshop on the web, the complaints focus on the obligation of assistance for administrators and collaborators as well as Point the fact that they have been informed that content management is a function of these administrative units.
The first aspect is to remember that this course can not be compulsory for anyone because it is "specific training", but "cross training" as outlined in the presentation of the training plan and alone can assistance be required the first, in accordance with paragraph a) of the Introduction in Part I of the Rules of Formation of PAS (as amended at the meeting of February 4, 2010):
"a) Training specific: [...] attendance activities Specific Training is mandatory for those workers whose jobs are directly related to the training activity, [...]" As to
second issue, to clarify that this is not a function of any workplace of the PAS official. There has been negotiated the introduction of new features in this area and are issues related to quality improvement, in any case, should be discussed in the future and always linked to incentive mechanisms (in the same way as has been done with the teacher). So now it is only permissible from a voluntary perspective of who were interested as well and never mandatory.

Very Wet Feeling Before Period
Complaints and solutions delivery, students of the ULL, photocopying Summary
This April marks one year of the sentence in the Provincial Court of Tenerife why recognized the legality of delivery, students from the University of La Laguna, photocopies of books or magazines.
The sentence was responding to the claim that the entity had submitted CEDRO (English Reproduction Rights Center) for use of photocopies of books and journals by faculty of our university. The judges of the civil court of the High Court dismissed that claim and convicted the complainant organization to pay court costs. Before
the timeliness of this issue and repeated doubts, we have considered convenient to remember that "[...] the Board found that these scripts or collections of selected readings and directed by teachers in small groups students, non-profit making, they fit in Article 32 of the LPI, whether we understand them included in paragraph 1, which considers lawful to include in one's own work fragments other outsiders and released when they are included by way of quotation or for analysis critical comment or teaching or research purposes, as if they feel included in paragraph 2, which specifies that authorization is not necessary to author regular education teachers for the reproduction, distribution and publication of small fragments of works, with the sole purpose of illustrating its educational activities in the classroom. In any case, many times, for purely educational requirements would not make sense to recommend a fragment of a chapter in a book, but the entire chapter, as only and the student will have a complete overview of the thesis the author develops it. "
